The Basic Ecclesial Communities (BEC) organizes activities
that lead neighbors in the parish community to deepen
both friendships and faith, opening their homes to one
another. By sharing their talents and specialized fields, the
members of the BEC are given the chance to serve the
Church based on their expertise and experiences. Thus,
the community is enriched in the service of the Church
and their neighbors.
On December 21, 2016, Holy Mass was celebrated at the
San Felipe Park to officially launch the formation of the
Basic Ecclesial Communities in the village. Volunteers,
bound by a shared desire to serve, worked together to
celebrate a BEC Mass, which culminated in a sumptuous
potluck dinner.
